How I can order production of your factory?
If you were already defined, what goods wish to get, it is necessary for you to call simply by phone in a Odessa 38(048) 738-42-10 (sales department), to define model and parameters of the order, to send through a site (has undressed the Order of production) or by fax the application. After that with you the contract will be concluded.

Payment. What forms of payment of production, if I the physical person (the private businessman, a commercial structures, the enterprise of the state pattern of ownership) exist?

Delivery. Whether it is necessary to take away independently shipped production, or it is possible to order transport services of your company?
You can independently arrive on a factory and in a department of marketing to issue all necessary documentation and to receive finished goods. Or address in a transport department, pay transport services of our enterprise. We shall deliver production bought by you in any place convenient for you and time.


If models of a batch production do not satisfy to needs of the Customer, whether it is possible to issue the individual order?
It is possible. The price and terms of manufacturing are coordinated in addition.

Where to buy spare parts?
If there was so, that any detail of your trailer (a van...) it has appeared it is damaged, - do not experience! You can get spare details at our factory.


Would like to take production of your factory in rent, whether it is possible?
At present to rent production of a factory it is not obviously possible.

What warranty periods for service of bought production exist?
Term of warranty service - 12 months from the date of purchase.


Whether there is a system of discounts at your enterprise?
Granting discounts is possible at the conclusion of the contract on purchase of 3 and more products of one model. Also consideration of other variants (is possible at the coordination of treaty provisions personally with the customer).

Whether is granted a loan on purchase of production?
The credit directly at the enterprise is not given. Production can be sold in leasing if the buyer will independently find the leasing company.

Whether there is in territory of a factory an item of customs registration?
At the enterprise there is a group of customs registration.
