Maintenance service and guarantee repair of the trailers bought by you are carried out by guarantee station of car factory ODAZ.

The guarantee period (term), the order of presentation of claims and service regulations of cars are defined by a manufacturer and the seller and are specified in the documentation applied on the trailer.

 The guarantee period (for) is understood as time or a resource, during which, in case of detection of the malfunctions which have arisen on fault of a manufacturer. The factory-manufacturer (seller) is obliged to eliminate such malfunction gratuitously.

 Guarantee certificates provide gratuitous repair and replacement of details, units and the units which have prematurely failed on fault of a manufacturer.

 The seller has the right to increase the guarantee period (term), having applied special conditions and having stipulated them in addition.

At carrying out of all works during the guarantee period (term) the authorized official of the technical center independently makes of the decision on guarantee repair or is replaced units and units depending on character of the arisen malfunctions. All replaced under guarantee certificates units, the units, separate spare parts and as other materials used during guarantee repair are the property of the technical center.

THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE TECHNICAL CENTER

1.1 Carry out statement on the guarantee account of trailers of sold Open Companies " Car assembly manufacture " with guarantee run up to 100 000 km.

1.2 During the guarantee period (term) of operation of trailers ODAZ spends gratuitous elimination of the malfunctions which have arisen in guarantee cases, regulated by specifications and technical documentation ODAZ ", under condition of observance of service regulations and the leaving, stated in the operation manual and the service book for the given category transport means .

1.3 Spends maintenance service and car repairs of the owner according to requirements of the specifications and technical documentation of a factory of the manufacturer and legal certificates of Ukraine.

1.4 Considers, accepts or rejects the claims of owners connected with elimination of malfunctions of cars in guarantee and after guaranteethe periods.

1.5 Defines a way and a place of elimination of malfunctions.

THE RIGHTS AND DUTIES OF THE OWNER

2.1. The owner has the right to warranty service of cars, buses, trailers, semi-trailer at observance of service regulations and the recommendation on leaving, storage of the car, stated in the operation manual the service book and the present rules.

2.2. Guarantee certificates of the seller are kept only in the event that maintenance service of cars, buses, trailers and полуприцепов is spent in the technical center of Open Company " Car assembly manufacture ", and according to the program of maintenance service THAT), given in the service book and in the operation manual with the additions of the technical center considering complex conditions of operation.

2.3. The owner undertakes to give trailers, semi-trailer in the technical center of Open Company " Car assembly manufacture " for elimination of malfunctions, at once, in process of their occurrence. Operation of the trailer having malfunction - is forbidden. At infringement of the given item, all the malfunctions which have grown out such operation, are eliminated due to the owner.

2.4. The owner has the right to give own operational materials and spare parts for carrying out of car repairs. In this case the responsibility for the refusals connected with poor-quality materials and spare parts, are assigned to the owner.

2.5. At registration of the application for rendering of services (performance of works), the owner gives the service book, the document proving the identity of the owner, and also the documents certifying the property right of the owner on an automotor-vehicle. The representative of the owner, not being the proprietor of an automotor-vehicle, shows the document confirming its right to operation of automotor means and the right to give interests of the owner in the technical center.

2.6. The works connected with maintenance service, diagnostic procedures and operational adjustments, are paid and are paid by the customer. Cost of services develops of cost of the executed works and cost of the spent account materials established by operating price-lists of the technical center.

CONDITIONS OF THE GUARANTEE

3.1. The guarantee period (term) established by a manufacturer or the seller are kept under condition of observance by the owner of the present rules.

3.2. Guarantee certificates do not extend on:
Damages glasses the car and devices of illumination
Compensation of damage of the owner in connection with road and transport incident, stealing, a fire, acts of nature, illegal actions of the third parties.
Defects, malfunctions or corrosion of the details, the resulted influences of external factors, such as industrial and chemical emissions, acid or alkaline air pollutions, resinous deposits of trees, chemically active substances, including applied to struggle against an icing of roads, impacts of stones, a hailstones, a lightning and the other natural phenomena.
The malfunctions which have formed вследствии of development and stage-by-stage progressing, before the arisen malfunctions which in due time have been not eliminated on fault of the owner.
Operational deterioration and natural change of a condition (including ageing) such details as brushes of a screen wiper, приводные belts, brake колодки, disks and drums, disks of coupling,  details of external and internal furnish, including decorative overlays, caps of wheels, panels, upholsteries of seats.
Elimination of consequences of damage auto in road and transport incident.
Damages of units and units as a result of movement at lack of operational materials (for example, a brake or cooling liquid, oil or greasing) in connection with untimely detection of outflow or the raised charge, or as a result of application of the operational materials not recommended by the manufacturer and fuel.
Account details and materials (including oil, filters, safety locks, lamps, brake колодки).
Damages, (including suspension brackets and steering management), arisen because of not accurate driving on roughnesses of the roads, interfaced to shock loadings on a detail of the car.
Trunks and wheel disks, balancing of wheels, bearings of wheels.
Units, details, the units of the car having external mechanical damages.
Units, details, units of the car with the broken or absent seals of a manufacturer or the technical center.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

4.1. The seller (the technical center) is released from the guarantee certificates in following cases:

The owner in due time not trailers,semi-trailer for the next service, according to requirements of a manufacturer and п.2.2, 2.3 present Rules.
The owner has admitted removal, installation, disassembly or repair of unit or the unit of the car without the coordination with the seller or the technical center.
The owner has admitted entering into a design of cars, buses, trailers, semi-trailer changes, installation of the additional equipment without the coordination with a manufacturer (the technical center).
The owner has lead periodic maintenance service or car repairs, buses, trailers, semi-trailer not in the technical center of Open Company " Car assembly manufacture ". While in service trailers, semi-trailer the owner did not observe the requirement of the operation manual, the service book and the present Rules.
The owner it is inadmissible overloads trailers, semi-trailer and uses them for practical training to driving or on sports actions.
The car is damaged in road and transport Incident.
