The nomenclature of let out products extends constantly and updated: isothermal bodies and bodies-vans on all chassis of cars domestic and foreign manufacture, cars-refrigerators , onboard, isothermal and refrigerator trailers and semi-trailers, semi-trailer container carrier , grain carrier,  special technics, trailers to cars.

Wide experience and competence of automobile technics, the highly skilled design-technological personnel in a combination to flexibility at the decision of technical problems allow to solve any problems and to satisfy the highest inquiries of customers.

• On February, 8th, 1945 the State Committee of Defense by the decision 7504 makes a decision on creation of car assembly manufacture in a to Odessa.
• On February, 10th, 1945 the order of the National Commissariat of average mechanical engineering of A.S. Akopova on construction of the Odessa car assembly factory for assembly of lorries from units and the units delivered Moscow and Gorki automobile by the factories is signed.
  Initially the Odessa car assembly factory was entrusted to make assembly of three thousand cargo and cars from units and the units acting on Land-Lis from the United States of America. In view of promptness of the task work it decided to execute on the open area. The personnel kernel Odessa car assembly was created due to attraction of qualified employees of Gorki and Moscow automobile factories.
  First director ODAZthere was Alexander Konstantinovich Ruhadze. The basic contingent is typed from youth of suburban villages. In March, 1945 to front the first 10 cars have been shipped.
• In August, 1945 have collected the three-thousandth lorry.
• In the January, 1946, still not completed and недоорганизованный the factory has received the task on development of manufacture of automobile trailers-dissolutions 1ПД-1,5 for transportation of lengthy cargoes. By the end of 1946 ODAZ has shipped to a national economy of 1,5 thousand such trailers.
• In 1947 the task about the organization on ODAZ manufactures of cars-dumpers is received.
• In the end of 1948 from the conveyor of assembly shop banish first autodumpers GAZ-93. In December, 1951 construction of the main case of a factory is ended. Manufacture is translated from time in new premises.
• In 1956 the hundred-thousandth dumper has descended from the conveyor of a factory.
• In April, 1958 the Decision of the Central Committee of the CPSU and SM of the USSR, the decision on the organization on ODAZ manufactures полуприцепов for automobile tractors is accepted. At a factory the special design office which problem was development of designs automobile полуприцепов various purpose is created. And semi-trailer for transportation of large horned livestock the factory will master the first industrial party of semi-trailer-vans in 1959. Manufacture of dumpers is stopped.
• In 1960 development of family of полуприцепов-refrigerators by carrying capacity from 5 up to 20 tons is finished. Not developed the factory could master all, but pre-production models made.
• In 1964 development is finished and tests onboard semi-trailer ODAZ-885, successfully proved in a national economy and since 1965 of the factory which has become by the basic production are lead. Release of it полуприцепа in 1970 is increased up to 18 thousand pieces a year and proceeded some more year -with transition to model ODAZ-93572.
• For the period since 1970 for 1975 at a factory the scale supersize полуприцепов – vans and refrigerators of the general and specialized purpose is created. The design documentation of special design bureau ODAZ is transferred Krasnoyarsk, Stavropol and Tiraspol to factories. The Odessa car assembly factory till 1990 specialized on release onboard полуприцепов and large-sized semi-trailer-vans for the Ministry of Defence.
• Since 1972 for 1994 ODAZ let out semi-trailer-vans for mobile power stations capacity in 2,5 thousand in KW.
• In 1990 ODAZ has started the production isothermal and refrigerator bodies for installation on automobile the chassis carrying capacity from 0,5 up to 10 tons. During same time release of cargo trailers for cars is mastered.
• The competitive exhibition of samples of automobile technics of factories of Russia, Ukraine and Moldova took place in November, 1994 in Nizhni Novgorod. The competitive commission has unanimously awarded the first place to designs ODAZ. Professionalism, carefulness and grace of design study have been highly estimated, high quality of manufacturing of isothermal bodies at the Odessa car assembly factory is noted.
• In same 1994 Joint-stock company « Odessa car assembly factory » is formed.
  Not looking at the sharp destructive crisis of the economy which have captured at this time our state, the Odessa car assembly factory in 1990-1996 still successfully worked, in 1995 has celebrated the 50 anniversary. Then orders have run low, and mass production on ODAZ is suspended. Design services ODAZ new samples of automobile vehicles nevertheless continued to create.
• In 1997 new samples of semi-trailer-vans and refrigerators on трехосной to a bearing platform are made.
• In 1996 the factory presented semi-trailer-carriers grain carrying capacity of 20 tons.

• For today the enterprise is ready to carry out orders on more than fifty models of products.,  grain carriers, dumper trailers and semi-trailer, semi-trailer new models of trailers are developed for transportation of support electric, trailers for automobile.
